In bad weather dogs can get themselves a bit muddy and grubby on a walk. If you want your dog to be washed and comb dried at the end of a walk the walk can either be shortened by 15 minutes, or you can add the service to the end of the walk. All dogs must be from the same household for walks. We do not offer group walks.

Prices include travel cost for up to three miles from GoGo Walkies at CO30SF, or from the location of your Dog Walker's address. If travel is greater than three miles, an addition cost of £1.00 per mile both ways will be added to the cost of your service.
Wash and comb dry does not include products, please ensure that you have your dog's shampoo and towel readily available on day of the service.
Administering of medication does not include anything that requires a qualified professional veterinary or veterinary nurse to administer.
Sundays and Bank Holidays are subject to a £2.00 additional charge.

Puppy care is for all dogs under 9 months old. Vaccinations must have been completed, and a training programme must be agreed prior to your puppy's stay. Puppies are charged at a daily rate for the duration of their stay.

Wash and comb dry along with administering medication is free of charge if your dog has accommodation for one week or longer. Administering of medication does not include anything that requires a qualified professional veterinary or veterinary nurse to administer.
Daycare prices do not include food, GoGo Walkies can provide food for your dog(s) at £5.00 per dog. If your dog is staying for one week or longer food is automatically included in the price. Dog's that have specific dietary needs you will have to provide the food for the duration of their stay.
Late collection can be arranged in advance if required. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances which result in late collection, these charges must be settled prior to your dog(s) leaving the establishment.
Prior to your dog's stay a meet and greet is required, allowing you to ask any questions, and for us to obtain vital information about your dog(s). A familiarisation session will be arranged for your dog to visit assessing if boarding is a suitable option, and allowing your dog(s) to become familiar with the surroundings. Familiarisation sessions last for two hours and are free of charge. A feeding and enrichment programme must also be agreed.
Due to other dogs being at the establishment all dogs that visit or stay must be neutered.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to GoGo Walkies. Payment for services must be paid no later than the day prior to the agreed service for dog walking and house calls including any additional services. Daycare and Night Care services including any additional services payment is to be paid on or prior to arrival. Boarding dogs of two days or longer including any additional services a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid on or prior to arrival. Any cancellation under 24 hours prior to the day of service will be subject to a 50% service charge. Cancellations on the day of service will be subject to a 100% service charge.
